Bojador White is a Regional Alentejo wine with an exuberant aroma of tropical fruits.

Antão Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho.
VINIFICATION
In the cellar, the grapes were selected on a sorting mat, with total destemming and light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, in order to preserve the varietal aromas for 23 days. Stage in bottle for a period of three months.
TEST RESULTS
Golden green color. Exuberant aroma of tropical fruits. In the mouth it is rich in fruit and with good freshness.
