Quinta do Carmo White is a wine with balanced, mineral and fresh acidity. It pairs perfectly with seafood, white meat, light salads, pasta and appetizers such as peanuts and toasted almonds.

Roupeiro, Arinto and Antão Vaz.
VINIFICATION
The varieties were vinified separately, fermenting at low temperatures. After a very gentle pressing of the grapes, the must undergoes a cold static decantation, and is aged for 7 days “SURLIES”, fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature. Roupeiro gives floral and citrus notes, Antão Vaz gives structure and volume to the wine and Arinto brings acidity and freshness to the whole.
TEST RESULTS
Very elegant straw yellow color. It has a good natural acidity that gives it a unique freshness and vivacity. On the nose it presents aromas of tropical fruits, giving it a sublime exotic touch.
