VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested into small boxes, immediately transported to the cellar and cooled down to 10ºC. They were then destemmed, crushed and pressed. The must was placed in a refrigerated chamber, in a stainless steel tank, where static clarification took place at low temperature for 48 hours. Fermentation lasted 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14ºC.
TEST RESULTS
Fruity aroma, with notes of white fruit and citrus. In the mouth it is elegant, balanced and fresh, keeping the citrus and with a mineral finish.
