Reserve white wine that reveals excellent acidity with intense freshness. Perfect to accompany fish or white meat dishes, with some cooking complexity.

Verdelho (70%) and Arinto (30%).
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10ºC.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation was carried out with battonage in new French oak barrels, at a controlled temperature of 14 ºC, followed by a 4-month period in the same barrels. This was followed by aging in a stainless steel tank on the fine lees.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine colored wine, with aromas of stone fruit, balsamic notes and slight toast from aging wood, with some complexity. In the mouth, it reveals excellent acidity with intense freshness, good unctuousness, excellent volume with outstanding balance and a long and persistent finish.
