White wine produced solely from Portuguese grape varieties.
CASTES
50% Arinto, 30% Antão Vaz, 10% Roupeiro and 10% Esgana Cão.
VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Pellicular maceration for 8 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 12ºC for 8 weeks. Battonage for 4 weeks.
TEST RESULTS
It is a citrine colored wine. The aroma is also citrus, with some mineral notes. In the mouth it is balanced, with good well-integrated acidity, which gives it more freshness and length. Must be drunk young.
