PALATE: Creamy, complex and balanced, where the fruit mixes with some minerality, and ends with an intense and persistent finish.

Vinification: destemming, thermal shock, skin maceration, pressing, static decantation of the must, fermentation at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats and in new American and French oak barrels. Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats and in new American and French oak barrels on fine lees.
