1. Adhesion to the Loyalty Program
The Garrafeira Baco Loyalty Program is reserved for individuals residing in Portugal.
2. Only one subscription to the Loyalty Program per person is possible (same name, surname, address and contact details).
If the same person holding multiple accounts is detected, Garrafeira Baco reserves the right to transfer the member's data and benefits to a single account, deactivating and/or eliminating points and benefits from the remaining accounts.
3. It is only possible to subscribe to the Loyalty Program by email and delivery address .
4. Members under 18 years of age are not allowed to join the Loyalty Program.
5. How does the Garrafeira Baco® Loyalty Program work?
Garrafeira Baco's loyalty program was created to retain its customers and reward them for their purchases at garrafeirabaco.pt. Each product is assigned a certain number of points that are automatically charged to your account after successfully making purchases at garfeirabaco.pt.
6. How can I join the Garrafeira Baco® Loyalty Program?
To join the program, simply register at www.garfeirabaco.pt and then make your first purchase in our online store. By being automatically registered in our Loyalty Program, you can later recommend and promote our store and thus earn a greater number of points.
7. Where can I check my points?
You can consult the history of points registered and credited to your account in the customer area at www.garfeirabaco.pt by logging in using your registered account.
8. Whenever you accumulate points, whether for your purchases, you will always receive an email informing you of the points you have accumulated with the purchases made.
9. How can I use the POINTS I have in my customer account?
The customer can choose to accumulate Points until he obtains the necessary number of points to exchange. Points, as a rule, should be used as a means of payment for your purchases at www.garfeirabaco.pt.
10. How much are points worth?
Each 1 point is equivalent to 0.01€ Garrafeira Baco® is obliged to change the Terms and Conditions of this program whenever errors of misconduct are detected by its users.

Garrafeira Baco is a brand of the company Emprodalbe. Lda in such a way that it is not allowed to create any other type of page or profile on social networks, such as fan pages, using the name of Garrafeira Baco.
The use of this website for advertising purposes or to carry out any commercial promotion activities is also prohibited.
The user will indemnify and exempt Garrafeira Baco from all liabilities arising from the misuse of this website and/or the breach of these Terms and Conditions.
