75% Antão Vaz, 20% Arinto, 5% Roupeiro.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

9º -11ºC.

VINIFICATION

The grapes were harvested early, ensuring natural acidity and freshness. The must was obtained by direct pressing, followed by careful decantation and fermented at 16ºC for 18 days. After fermentation, fining was carried out, followed by cold stabilization and filtration before bottling.

TEST RESULTS

Citrus and vibrant color. Attractive nose with tropical notes, in the mouth it is lively and with acidity that gives it a fresh and long finish.
