CASTES
80% Antão Vaz, 20% Arinto.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10º -12ºC.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were picked into small boxes, immediately transported to the cellar and cooled to a temperature of 10ºC. They were then destemmed, crushed and then pressed. The must was placed inside a stainless steel tank located inside a refrigerated chamber, where static clarification took place at low temperature for 48 hours. Half of the must fermented for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14ºC in stainless steel and the other half 6 months in second-use French oak barrels. The wine was bottled after 12 months.
TEST RESULTS
The wine shows a citrus color and a complex aroma where notes of white fruit and citrus are mixed with hints of dried fruit from aging in wood. In the mouth this complexity is combined with a pleasant freshness, which extends the pleasure of tasting.
