SERVICE TEMPERATURE

8ºC.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation took place at 14 ºC, in stainless steel tanks, followed by a 4-month aging process in French oak barrels.

TEST RESULTS

Citrine colored wine, with aromas of stone fruits with hints of flint and light floral. In the mouth it is elegant with excellent balance and a final with some freshness and medium persistence.
