Wine produced exclusively from grapes grown at Herdade do Esporão, following organic farming practices, which expresses the typicality of the harvest year, the diversity of soils where the vines are planted and the character and identity of the selected grape varieties.

VINIFICATION
The grapes were partially fermented in concrete vats. After fermentation, the wine remained on fine lees for 4 months, in unique micro-oxygenation conditions in this type of deposit, which respect and amplify the character of the wine.

TEST RESULTS
Crystalline appearance, straw color with greenish reflections. Aroma with predominance of orange blossom, with notes of ripe lemon and papaya. On the palate, elegant and intense, with a solid body and a rich and persistent finish.
