SERVICE TEMPERATURE

7º - 9ºC.

VINIFICATION

50% with skin maceration and 50% without, in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 18/20°C. A batch of wines aged in old vats and stainless steel vats for 2 to 3 years

TEST RESULTS

It has a golden yellow color and a fruity bouquet. In the mouth it is sweet, unctuous, with good balance and aromatic persistence. An excellent port for an informal aperitif. It must be served chilled.
