SERVICE SUGGESTION
Serve cold, between 6ºC-10ºC. Once the bottle is opened, the wine must be consumed within 1 month.
VINIFICATION
Hand-picked at their optimum point, the grapes were destemmed and vinified according to the traditional Port Wine method. Fermentation took place under controlled temperatures and was stopped by the addition of wine brandy at the moment considered ideal for the desired final sweetness. The final balance between the body and aroma of Port Wine comes from the combination of the different characteristics of the multiple varieties used.
TEST RESULTS
Bright color with golden nuances and a good intensity aroma, predominating dried fruits such as almonds, hazelnuts and pine nuts, as well as light floral and dried plant notes. Endowed with an excellent balance and a well-integrated acidity, in the mouth it captivates again with notes of dried fruits and with the complexity and nobility that comes from careful aging in wood.
