It has a great balance between ripe fruit, delicate acidity and even elegant notes of aging in wood, ending with a surprising freshness and vivacity. Excellent as an aperitif served very cold, or in the Portonic version (with ice, lemon, mint and tonic water).

VINIFICATION
Manual harvest transported in boxes. Pellicular cold maceration in stainless steel vats, followed by fermentation at a temperature between 18-20°C. Slight aging in wood, then remaining in stainless steel vats to ensure its fruitiness.
TEST RESULTS
It is possible to detect floral aromas in recent bottlings. Some residual sugar is responsible for the excellent balance and sensuality of this Port. It is indeed an excellent style of Port and revolutionizes a little what is usual in extra dry wines. An extremely appealing wine that, due to the fact that it has some residual sugar, is responsible for a complete stimulus, which is what one looks for in a wine of this category.
