VINIFICATION
Manual harvest and then transported in pallets (max 150Kg). Alcoholic fermentation. Fermentation without maceration at controlled temperature at 18-20ºC. Aging for an average of 2 years in old barrels.
TEST RESULTS
A Port to be discovered, whether in the usual Port Wine consumption patterns or in cocktail or bar drinks. With a citrine color, this Port has a pleasant fruity and almondy fragrance. Very balanced in its sweet and acidic fraction, with a long and fruity finish.
