VINIFICATION
Harvested by hand at its best moment, the grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of color aromas, tannins and skins, complemented by permanent pumping over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats with a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until the desired Baumé is reached. At this stage, brandy is added (benefit), resulting in a fortified wine. A wine of exceptional quality, obtained by blending several harvests, in order to acquire a complementarity of organoleptic characteristics typical of this aged tawny. It matures in wood for variable periods of time in which the age indicated on the label corresponds to the approximate average of the different wines aged in the batch, expressing the character of the wine with regard to the characteristics conferred by aging in oak casks.
TEST RESULTS
Attractive golden color. Elegant and complex, it has spicy aromas, where dried fruits and elegant notes of wood predominate. Soft and round on the palate, it displays its complexity against a background of intense dried fruit flavours. Excellent finish.
