SERVICE SUGGESTION
Serve cold between 6ºC-10ºC. Once opened, it must be consumed within 1 month.
VINIFICATION
Hand-picked at their optimum point, the grapes are destemmed and vinified according to the traditional Port Wine method. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures and is stopped by the addition of brandy at a time considered ideal by the winemaker. Each grape variety has its ideal stopping point for fermentation, determined by the density of the wine, richness of maturation and desired final sweetness. The final balance between the body and aroma of Port Wine comes from the combination of the different characteristics of the multiple varieties of grapes used.
TEST RESULTS
Straw-yellow color and fresh but intense aromas, with attractive floral and fruit nuances. Soft and very balanced in the mouth, it is a rich and full wine, with the complexity and nobility that comes from careful aging in wood.
