White wine with good freshness with fine and integrated acidity. It can accompany grilled fish dishes, fatty fish or cod on the grill.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE
8ºC.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation took place at 14ºC, in a stainless steel tank, followed by aging on fine lees with “battonage” for 90 days. The wine was bottled in early 2023, in order to preserve all its irreverence and freshness.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine colored wine, with aromas of stone fruits and very fresh balsamic notes. In the mouth it has good freshness with fine and integrated acidity, with an unctuous finish providing excellent balance.
