VINIFICATION
Manual harvest. Transport in small boxes to avoid crushing. Manual choice of curls. Gentle pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Aged on fine lees until mid-February 2020. Light filtration before bottling.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine color. Intense aroma. Citrus (lime, lemon), floral (white flowers) and mineral aromas stand out. Dry Taste. Crunchy acidity. Medium body. Ends with a lingering finish. Consistent wine.
