VINIFICATION
Total destemming, pelicular maceration, soft pneumatic pressing and alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC. Maturation of 50% of the wine fermented in new French oak barrels.
TEST RESULTS
Intense citrine color with greenish tones. Predominant aroma of citrus and white pulp fruits, exotic nuances and toasted cereal. Fruity, fresh, elegant and harmonious flavor.
