White Wine Herdade dos Grous
The continental climate with Mediterranean influences offers ideal conditions for the production of great wines and regional products of the highest quality.
Varieties: Antão Vaz (50%); Arinto (30%) and Wardrobe (20%)
Vinification: The hand-selected grapes, after removing their skin, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10ºC. After cold fermentation for 48 hours, the wine ferments for the next three weeks in steel tanks at a temperature of 14ºC.
Alcohol Content: 13%
