VINIFICATION
Total destemming, prolonged pellicular maceration, alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 26º. Maturation in French oak barrels for 9 months.
TEST RESULTS
Garnet color. Jelly aroma of red fruits with slight floral notes. Structured, complex flavor with persistent tannins that denote firmness and elegance. Prolonged aftertaste.
