Mixture of grape varieties from Old Vineyards.
12º - 14ºC.
Reception with destemming and crushing. In vat, pellicular maceration for a period of 2 to 24 hours at a temperature < 10ºC. Cold decanting for 24 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, ending in used barrels, where it ages on fine lees. 9 months in French oak barrels.
In color, it is light yellow with greenish reflections, bright and crystalline. On the nose, it presents citrus fruit and a touch of minerality, which gives it gastronomic aptitude. In the mouth, it comes with an attack of strength and a lot of volume, but it is very enveloping and has a frank and elegant acidity. The ending is long.
