Alentejo white reserve wine, perfect for pairing with seafood dishes, oven-roasted fish, cod and white meat dishes and pasta dishes.

Antão Vaz, Viognier and Arinto.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10º - 12ºC.
VINIFICATION
Total destemming and thermal shock when receiving the grapes. Pressing with pneumatic press. Clarification of musts with cold decanting (10º to 12º C) for 48 hours. Fermentation with temperature control (14º to 16º C). After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in vats and barrels for 6 months.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline yellow with golden reflections. Complex and elegant aroma with hints of fruit and spice well integrated with aromas of toast from barrel fermentation. Rich fruit flavor, with good volume and excellent acidity.
