VINIFICATION
After the night harvest, the grapes were destemmed and pressed using a pneumatic press. The must was cold decanted (10ºC to 12ºC) during 48 hours. Subsequently, part of the wine aged in 300 liter French oak barrels for 6 months.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline, greenish color. Fruity aroma suggesting citrus notes. Reveals balance and elegance, with good acidity and minerality.
