This wine was produced from regional Alentejo grape varieties, Antão Vaz, Alvarinho and Arinto, in excellent maturation conditions and vinified with the best traditional methods combined with the most modern technology.

8º - 10ºC.
Total destemming and thermal shock when receiving the grapes. Gentle pressing with pneumatic press. Clarification of the must with cold decantation (10º to 12º C) for 48 hours. Fermentation with selected yeasts and temperature control.
Citrine color, very light and crystalline. Fruity aroma suggesting notes of tropical fruits. Balanced and elegant, with good acidity and minerality.
