Classic vinification of base wine with temperature control during alcoholic fermentation. Second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method.
The Color is light with greenish citrus nuances, the fine and abundant bubble touches the surface in a thick cord. Delicate aroma where, along with notes of bread and yeast, nuances of fresh citric fruit are felt. In the mouth it reveals a soft and enveloping mousse with remarkable creaminess.
