CASTES
100% Crossed.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10º - 13ºc.
VINIFICATION
The grapes arrived at the cellar in 20 kg boxes, being unloaded in the pneumatic press. After pressing the whole bunch, the must was subjected to static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours. It was then sent to a stainless steel vat where fermentation began. Halfway through fermentation, the wine was transferred to new French oak barrels, where it fermented at 19ºC for a period of 20 days.
TEST RESULTS
Bright citrine yellow color. Intense wine with aromas, with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit, such as peach and nectarine. Floral notes of jasmine and orange blossom. Complex, with good integration of the aging notes in barrel. Attack on the palate with a lot of aromatic intensity, where peach aromas and floral notes stand out again. Firm and well-integrated acidity. Very balanced and persistent finish.
