Product Details

Varieties: Viognier, Alvarinho and Arinto

Winemaking: Carpet selection of bunches. Pressing in a pneumatic press at 2ºC. After static decanting, they are fermented separately in stainless steel vats and transferred to French oak barrels (20% new / 80% used). Subsequent aging at low temperatures remaining on the lees with light battonage for 4 months before bottling

Tasting Note: It is a wine with an intense minerality and an important herbal side, but which shows all the power of the yellow fruit and even a more tropical one. In the mouth it is super textured and showing that it can and should be a table wine.
