Citrine yellow color with greenish hints. Complex in the aroma with notes of fruit such as pear, quince, nuances of a green herb that gives freshness and a subtle note of aging in barrel. It has the typical elegance of Encruzado aged in barrels and the creaminess of Gouveio. Mouth with a lot of volume, texture and very integrated acidity giving a gastronomic freshness. Finishes long and very balanced.
