VINIFICATION
Total destemming, gentle pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Only 40% of the flower must was used. Minimum maturation of 9 months in cellar and 1 month after disgorgement.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline aspect with fine and persistent bubble. Defined pink color. Intense aroma of fresh red fruits and their jam. Fruity flavor, moderate freshness, pleasant mouth volume followed by elegant mousse and remarkable persistence.
