Total destemming, prolonged and smooth pellicular maceration with fermentation at 24ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum maturation of 9 months in cellar and 1 month after disgorgement.
Intense garnet ruby color with hints of violet tones. Mixed aroma of fresh red fruits and dark petal flowers. Fruity flavor, enveloping, elegant body, harmonious finish.
