VINIFICATION
Total destemming, gentle pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Maturation equal to or greater than 24 months in the cellar and 1 month after disgorgement.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline appearance, with persistent thin bubble and abundant crown. Intense citrus color with slight greenish tones. Intense and complex aroma, predominant in dried fruits and light toasted notes. Fruity flavor, crunchy mousse, fresh, elegant, with a long and persistent finish.
