VINIFICATION
Total destemming, gentle pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum maturation of 9 months in cellar and 1 month after disgorgement.
TEST RESULTS
Crystalline appearance, with persistent thin bubble and crown. Defined citrus color with slight greenish tones. Predominant aroma of dry fruits and pleasant vegetable notes, it presents nuances of critical notes. Fruity flavor, crunchy mousse, vibrant freshness, long and persistent finish.
