Total destemming, gentle pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling by the classical method. Minimum maturation of 9 months in cellar and 1 month after disgorgement.
Defined citrus color. Young aroma with hints of toast and dried fruit. Fruity, fresh and soft flavor, crunchy mousse and good persistence.
