Quetzal Brut is the result of a celebration. It is a way of sharing the beauty that surrounds us, the generosity of nature that we take advantage of, the creative power that fascinates and motivates us.
Having the privilege of being an active part of such important dimensions, of being able to add them to Quinta do Quetzal deserved a particular and festive wine that would be the deserved companion on special occasions.
CASTES
Arinto, Antão Vaz and Perrum.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
10ºC.
VINIFICATION
After careful selection of the grapes in the vineyard, they were harvested before the start of the harvest into small boxes, immediately transported to the cellar and cooled to 10ºC. The must was placed in a refrigerated chamber, in a stainless steel tank, where it fermented for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 14ºC. The base wine was bottled after 6 months, where the second fermentation took place in the bottle and remained for about 24 months until the “degorgement”.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine color with intense aroma, notes of white fruit together with notes of toasted bread. In the mouth it is balanced with very good acidity and freshness, with a fine and persistent bubble.
