Marquês de Borba Rosé is a Natural Brut sparkling wine from Alentejo. It is a complex and elegant sparkling wine, with a fine and persistent bubble.

Aragonez, Pinot Noir and Touriga Nacional.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
6º-8ºC.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are destemmed, gently crushed, and then cooled inside the vat at a temperature of 10º C. They rest for 8 hours, for greater extraction of aromas from the skin, without necessarily extracting too much anthocyanins and tannins. Subsequently, the must obtained before pressing is clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature.
TEST RESULTS
It has a clear appearance, with a fine and persistent bubble, and a complex aroma with notes of citrus fruits and biscuits. In the mouth it reveals elegance and freshness, with a dry and long finish, which as a whole translates harmoniously.
