VINIFICATION
Fermentation is stopped with the addition of brandy, in this case from the French region of Armagnac. The wine has a pellicular maceration of 3 months. Aging in used wood casks. No bottle stage as it does not evolve after bottling.
TEST RESULTS
Honey color. Aroma of banana, very ripe pear and nougat. Flavor of ripe banana, dried fruit, pine nuts and almonds wrapped in caramelized sugar. Very long finish.
