Moscatel de Setúbal is a fortified wine with Controlled Designation of Origin (DOC), recognized since 1907. This wine is a blend of 6 harvests in which the youngest harvest is at least 20 years old and the oldest dates from 1911, resulting in a wine complex, aromatic, elegant with a long aftertaste.

VINIFICATION
After receiving the grapes at the winery, their probable grade is analysed, so that the addition of brandy is carried out at the ideal time. Due to tradition, skin contact is 5 months. In March, the pasta is pressed, and the resulting wine is blended with tear wine.
TEST RESULTS
Amber color, aroma of candied orange, coffee, caramel, hazelnuts and rosemary. On the palate, fruity and smooth.
