VINIFICATION
Manual harvest transported in boxes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats. Temperature controlled at 14-16°C, preceded by cold skin maceration. It waits for bottling, in proper conditions for the conservation of its freshness.
TEST RESULTS
It presents an extremely elegant color, faint gold. With a delicate body, with an excellent sweet/acidity balance, it easily betrays the variety that gave it origin, due to the fresh exuberance of its aroma and flavor.
