100% Moscatel from Setúbal.

SERVICE TEMPERATURE

As an aperitif at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine or digestif at 16ºC.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation is interrupted with the addition of brandy, with a skin maceration of 3 months. Aged in casks or barrels of used wood. No bottle stage as it does not evolve after bottling.

TEST RESULTS

Honey color. Aroma of candied orange peel. On the palate, Moscatel grape raisins with the freshness of Moscatel from the Arrábida mountains. Fresh and long finish.
