SERVICE TEMPERATURE

Serve chilled, especially as a dessert wine, with sweets or with a foie starter. At 10-11°C with frozen desserts, or 12-13°C for sweets with eggs.

TEST RESULTS

With a golden color, this wine presents aromas of pears and green apples, and caramelized without ever losing its elegance. Almond notes and other dry fruits appear to complex the aromatic profile. Excellent sugar/acidity balance, which gives us fresh and citric sensations on the one hand and the complexity of wines aged in old wood on the other.
