Crushing with total destemming, prolonged and smooth pellicular maceration, alcoholic fermentation at 26ºC. 2 months of Cuvaison. Matured for 18 months in lightly toasted French oak barrels.
TEST RESULTS
Intense garnet color, sui generes aroma and flavor with a lot of harmony, elegance. Notorious persistence that make it distinctive to accompany sublime delicacies.
