100% Antão Vaz
The grapes from the plot of the Coronel vineyard were harvested at a high state of maturation, placed in small boxes and immediately transported to the cellar, where they were immediately cooled down to a temperature of 10ºC. Afterwards, they were destemmed and trodden on foot for 3 days. The alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperatures of 16ºC in a small fermentation vat, the fermentation was stopped with the addition of Wine Spirit at 77% alc/vol. Finally, the wine aged for 16 months in new barrels.
A wine with aromas of exotic fruits, fresh and with a sweet and elegant palate.
