40% Verdelho, 20% Viosinho, 20% Gouveio, 10% Códega do Larinho, 10% Malvasia Fina.
VINIFICATION
Reception of the grapes in small boxes (20kg), total destemming of the bunches and very gentle crushing, followed by pressing, to separate the liquid from the masses. Cold decantation for 24 to 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Stage on fine lees.
TEST RESULTS
In color, it is light yellow with greenish reflections, bright and crystalline. On the nose, it presents citrus fruit and a touch of minerality, which gives it gastronomic aptitude. In the mouth, it comes with an attack of strength and a lot of volume, but it is very enveloping and has a frank and elegant acidity. The ending is long.
