VINIFICATION

The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are hand-picked in small capacity boxes and transported to the cellar in a short time. After pressing, the must obtained is decanted for 48 hours, followed by fermentation, at a controlled temperature, using pre-selected yeasts for this purpose. Bottling takes place after the wine has stabilized, followed by aging in the bottle. The vinification of Alvarinho Soalheiro is aimed at obtaining a wine that concentrates the quality of the grapes and allows a good evolution after bottling.

TEST RESULTS

Citrine yellow color, aroma with the profile of the Alvarinho Soalheiro Classic, intense and tropical with mineral notes. The 2012 vintage shows aromatic balance, with an elegant and intense aftertaste.
