The organically produced Alvarinho grapes are harvested manually from the old vines that are over 30 years old at Quinta de Soalheiro, the Primeiras Vinhas.

VINIFICATION
The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are hand-picked in small capacity boxes and transported to the cellar in a short period of time. After pressing, the must obtained is decanted for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature. Fermentation essentially takes place in stainless steel at very low temperatures (only 15% of the total volume ferments in used oak casks), with fine lees remaining until the beginning of May.
TEST RESULTS
Citrine yellow color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming more and more persistent. The flavor is full-bodied, fresh and with great taste complexity.
