Silk & Spice wine honors the sense of adventure, knowledge and courage of the Portuguese sailors who explored the world in the 15th century and opened the silk and spice trade routes between Europe and Asia. A wine to be discovered.

35% Touriga Nacional, 35% Alicante Bouschet, 15% Berry, 10% Syrah, 5% Tinta Roriz.
SERVICE TEMPERATURE
15º - 17ºC.
VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested by variety. Upon arriving at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and taken to fermentation vats, where the winemaking process takes place. Alcoholic fermentation took place for about 8 days at an average temperature of 26°C.
After alcoholic fermentation, the must was racked to separate the wine from the coarse sediments. It then rested in stainless steel vats until the day of bottling.
TEST RESULTS
Intense and deep ruby color, with a bright red halo. The predominant flavors are ripe and cooked black fruits. Sweet vanilla notes and hints of mocha. The first impression in the mouth is rich and full. Excellent balance of tannins and acidity, with a long and smooth finish.
