TEST RESULTS
Austere but with a great aromatic presence, enormous elegance and finesse, unfolding in citrus notes of orange peel and tangerine, a smoky touch. Full of flavor, ample and sophisticated, ginger and spices, plenty of freshness to give a saline tone throughout the long and distinguished finish.
Citric yellow color, bright and crystal clear. The aroma with hints of discreet citrus, complemented by hints of syrup and nuts. In the mouth it is consistent with the complexity evidenced in the aroma! Crunchy acidity underpins this wine's flavor, which is restrained yet vibrant. It denotes a creaminess, which adds another extract, another dimension to the wine. The balance with the creamier notes given by the fruit and the barrel is sensational. The liveliness of the acidity prolongs the wine under test, delaying the finish.
