VINIFICATION
Gentle pressing and decanting for 8 to 12 hours at a controlled temperature between 12 - 16ºC. Fermentation for up to 15 days with temperature control between 16 - 18º C. Aging in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature and regular lees movement for 3 months.
TEST RESULTS
Its texture is round, integrating the perfect dose of acidity, clear color and aromas of tropical fruits.
